Our safety mission is to proactively identify the sources and causes of actual or potential injury, illness, or other loss affecting our employees, our clients, and the communities in which we operate. The safety and health of our employees is our highest priority. We believe protecting the well-being of our team is not just a requirement—it’s the right thing to do.

Leadership Safety Training

Our superintendents and field supervisors undergo additional training to ensure safety is integrated into every aspect of our work, including:

• OSHA 10/30-hour courses
• First Aid and CPR
• Confined Space Awareness
• Lifting and Rigging
• Forklift and Powered Platform Operation
• PPE Assessment
• Hazard Communication

Supervisors conduct daily safety huddles to keep crews aware of general safety practices and address hazards specific to each work site.
